Sydney-based entertainer Ross Middleton is one of Australia’s most talented and versatile saxophonists who loves creating unforgettable musical experiences for weddings, corporate events, and parties.

In a career that spans nearly three decades, Ross has established himself as one of the most prominent figures in Australian contemporary music. And like so many other musicians, it all began at church.
“I was inspired at church at a young age by the Morrison brothers. I soon found myself running my own successful jazz band at age 9, which appeared on the Mike Walsh Midday Show and Simon Townsend’s Wonderworld.“
“We performed many gigs around Sydney and toured to Melbourne and I went on to win several local talent quests and continued to learn music.“
“After completing a Bachelor of Music (majoring in jazz studies) under Don Burrows and George Golla at the Sydney Conservatorium Of Music, earning high distinctions and being nominated for the James Morrison Award for Jazz, I also went on to perform with Don Burrows.“
“I love performing live and engaging with a crowd, playing the sax as well as singing and dancing. I work with many vocalists and in many ways my instrument, the sax, is the instrument closest to a vocal.”
